We were immediately impressed with Ivy’s timeliness and professionalism. She listened to our wants and responded well by showing us only those properties which she felt would interest us and they did. We actually bought the first day we were out looking with her as she realized just what we wanted by our telling her our experiences in the preceding years of wanting a second home close to Austin. An added benefit of Ivy’s services is her offering the help of her skilled husband. We had many decisions to make in a relatively short period of time at the design center. He was very helpful with his suggestions. He also was an “eagle eye” at our walkthrough, identifying the small details needed to be repaired before our closing within a few days.
