The second issue concerned the repair addendum. Oh my gosh, why not ask for the moon too? While I was rather heated by the lengthy detailed demands, Ivy remained cool, collected and deftly negotiated a reasonable compromise. When time came to address our repairs, she referred a company that fulfilled every demand at a reasonable price within the needed time frame! Well done! I think what I appreciate most about Ivy is her rare ability to combine a sincere personal touch with a steely professional pursuit on my behalf. From the outset Ivy demonstrated a proactive posture with our family: she provided a written time line on what to expect, when to anticipate it, along with a detailed list of items we needed to think about as we prepared our home for the market. She even provided staging suggestions and referred a professional who did an outstanding job. She remained in constant contact through out the entire process; at times I wondered if she ever slept. If it were possible, I would easily grant Ivy ten stars; she is indeed one of a kind!
