Ivy has a great touch, a great ability to identify the needs of a client and truly caring nature. Even when dealing with questionable delays from a builder and a seemingly uncooperative/unresponsive financier, Ivy was rock-solid in handling communications, relaying expectations and holding people to the fire as much as was reasonable.
