Wow, I don’t even know where to start.  Ivy completely took us from square 1 to closing so fast that I didn’t have time to realize what had happened until it was over.  If you trust her, she will completely deliver what she promises.  I think the thing that impresses me most is that she won’t back down on advice – even if you think she’s wrong.  I hated the table cloth she put on one of my tables and I told her so.  She basically told me to trust her and the table cloth stayed.  After all was said and done, we sold our house the first day and I know it was because we stuck to her plan.  If I could give her higher than five stars, I would.  She’s absolutely the best realtor I have ever dealt with.
