First and Foremost: I Listen.

When we meet, I ask questions and take notes.  For instance, “What is most important to you?” By discovering your priorities, I will be sure to focus on them.

I Engage.

When I make a commitment, I keep it.  I am a full-time REALTOR® and as such, will give you my full and undivided attention.  Real Estate is not a hobby or a second career for me.  When you call, I answer.  When you text, I reply.  When you email, I return with answers.

I Serve You First.

My brokerage firm is eXp Realty, but I work for you.  When showing you houses, I will never take you to one of my listings.  This is a conflict of interest.  When I agree to represent you, you will be my first concern.

I Look Forward

You may be searching for your dream house.  I’m looking for you to make money.  What?  You see, I’m convinced we make money when we buy not when we sell.  Therefore, I’m on the lookout for positioning you well. 

I Network.

It takes a team to buy a house.  Lenders, inspectors, and title companies all come into play.  Because I’m a top producer, I have favored access to individuals and companies who will serve you well should you select them.  I receive nothing from them except a promise to work maniacally hard as I do. 

I Strategize.

I intentionally strategize every step of the buying process with you in mind.  What do I mean? I’ve represented buyers who were in a multiple offer situations.  By crafting a creative presentation, many of my buyers were selected even though they did not offer the most money. 

I Guide.

Buying a home involves a complicated process.  Some buyers feel like they are walking through a maze.  I understand.   For this reason, I provide tools for my buyers to keep track of the showings.  I also present buyers with a document detailing every step of the way.  My goal is to bring clarity instead of confusion.

I Make this Fun.
